Hi, I'm Lyndon Small, owner of Morgan Roofing. Our family roofing business was started by my father-in-law in 1973 and I've been on the tools with it for 22 years, taking over full-time when he retired.
My wife Georgina looks after the office and I run the crew of four tradesmen day-to-day. We combine traditional roofing values with modern techniques, drone surveys, proper reporting, and clean, safe sites, so every job leaves your property in better shape than we found it.

How much does a new roof cost in Coventry?
Every roof is priced individually because access, pitch, size and materials all affect the cost. We visit, carry out a free drone survey, and give you an itemised written quote with no obligation.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Quotations and drone inspections are free. Any repair cost is built into the quoted job price, no hidden call-out charges.
How quickly can you attend an emergency?
We aim to attend the same day where possible for genuine emergencies such as missing tiles or a blown-off ridge. Otherwise our standard emergency response is next-day.
Is Morgan Roofing fully insured?
Yes. We hold £5 million Public Liability insurance and £10 million Employers' Liability insurance. We are Which? Trusted Traders, Checkatrade members and SafeContractor accredited.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Domestic jobs under £2,000 require no deposit. Domestic jobs of £2,000 or more, and all commercial jobs, require a deposit. Stage payments are available on larger projects.
How does the drone survey work?
We fly a drone over your roof to capture high-resolution images, allowing us to assess the condition of the roof and provide an accurate quotation for the required work.
